For many years I have been mentoring and supporting construction professionals in their careers. During the COVID pandemic I was receiving large volumes of messages from people all around the world asking for help, checking cvs, asking for help to get a job in the construction industry. I couldn’t keep up with spending time helping and replying to all of the people. I was thinking how I could help people without this affecting my own work, my family time, my personal time and I this is were I thought of the construction mentor platform. The idea behind the platform was to create short and informative videos on the key topics that people are facing in the construction industry. The platform will be a source of free, up to date information to help others.
Another goal that I set was to help 1 person a day in the construction industry.
Since launching the platform, construction mentor has helped over 300 construction professionals from all over the world with various advice and guidance.
My Dad has always said to me since being a child, “Son, if you can help someone without wanting something back in return, then you should!”
So taking my Dads advice, I’m giving back to the construction industry wherever I can. Thanks Dad!
